Our consultants are based in London and regularly work across Greater London. For locations outside the M25, we can arrange visits with an additional travel fee, or offer our full range of services virtually.

We typically have availability within two to three weeks. For event styling, we recommend booking at least a month in advance, especially during wedding season (May-September).

Cancellations more than 48 hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, we retain 50% of the fee. We understand life happens—we're happy to reschedule where possible.

Absolutely not. You're under no obligation to purchase anything. Our fee covers our time and expertise; whether you buy is entirely your choice. Many clients take photos and return later to make purchases.

Yes, and it makes a wonderful gift. We provide gift vouchers that can be redeemed for any of our services. The recipient can book at their convenience within 12 months.
